My reasons for picking these guys -
Ogilvy has already won twice this year (Accenture World Matchplay and the season opening Mercedes Benz title in Hawaii) and his game suits Augusta, i.e. high ball flight.
Watney has also won (Buick Invitational) and he also ran Mickelson close in the CA Championship and has had a number of other good Top 10 finishes.
Westwood - I had to have one European in there ;)
