Season Bet #7

Blackburn v Villa (A) 2.40 - Villa are on a good run at the moment; are very solid at the back with new signings Dunne and Collins settling in well. Bit of a mixed start to the season for Big Sam and Blackburn, I think Villa might sneak this one. Muppets :(

Spurs v Burnley (H) 1.36 - Spurs put 5 past Preston during the week and with their firepower I can see them getting a few against Burnley; has to be a home win. Knew they'd get a bagfull :)

Sunderland v Wolves (H) 1.75 - Sunderland played well against Burnley last week but still lost 3-1. Wolves have had some good results but were very poor v Man U in midweek; Sunderland to get back to winning ways. You score 2, we'll score 5 :)

Villa v Pompey (H) 1.40 - Sorry to all the pompey fans out there but your team are crap at the moment. Villa have turned the corner and will get the 3pts here.:)

Man U v Man City (H) 1.61 - Even though we played in Europe during the week we rested a few top class players (e.g. Michael Carrick WC) plus City are missing the likes of Adebayor, Tevez, Santa Cruz and Robinho; even with those players we'd still beat them anyway. :)

Wolves v Fulham (H) 2.50 - My dodgy bet of the weekend. Fulham aren't playing great at the moment and played in Europe away on Thursday night (fingers crossed). :)

Stoke v Chelsea (A) 1.40 - A good start to the season for Stoke so far and although they are very hard to beat at home I think Chelsea will get the 3pts. :)

Sunderland v Hull (H) 1.75 - Sunderland have made a good start to the season under Steve Bruce and I reckon it will continue here. :)

Blackburn v Wolves (H) 1.83 - Blackburn have been unlucky so far this season in terms of their points return and today maybe a lucky day for them as I think they'll take the 3pts off Wolves. :)
